Pay and Benefits

The weekly pay for part-time union employees is $21/hr. The work week is 5 nights, working 3.5 to 5 hours per night. All positions average between 15 and 25 hours weekly. (This will vary depending on operational need.)

After seniority attainment, you will receive a guarantee pay of 3.5 hours per day.  There is a union initiation fee of $50 (payroll deductions of $10 for 5 weeks) and then the monthly dues are $30. 

Employees, along with their spouses and dependents, receive health, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance coverage after 9 months of employment. Employees also receive paid vacation and holidays after one year of employment. They also have the ability to purchase UPS stock.
