Pay and Benefits

*Part-Time Union Hourly

Effective July 18, 2021, some existing and all incoming part-time package handlers will receive an hourly wage increase.

  • If the employee is assigned to the 1DA Hub/Ramp/WFF operation, the new hourly wage will be $18.50/hr.
  • If the employee is assigned to the 2DA Hub/Ramp/WFF operation, the new hourly wage will be $16.50/hr.
  • Employees who are already at or above the new rates will stay at their current rate.

*Operations Administrative Employees

Effective July 18, 2021, some existing and all incoming operations administrative employees will receive an hourly wage increase.

  • If the employee is assigned to the 1DA Hub/Ramp/WFF operation, the new hourly wage will be $18.50/hr.
  • If the employee is assigned to the 2DA Hub/Ramp/WFF operation, the new hourly wage will be $16.50/hr.
  • Employees who are already at or above the new rates will stay at their current rate.

Employees, along with their spouses and dependents, receive health, dental, vision, prescription and life insurance coverage after 9 months of employment. Employees also receive paid vacation and holidays after one year of employment. They also have the ability to purchase UPS stock.

*This wage rate adjustment will be in effect through January 15, 2022 and will be reviewed based on business conditions.
