Refer students to the Get Started Checklist or a MC Student Success Counselor
Current UPS employees who work in an MC eligible work area and attend one of the two participating schools (JCTC, UofL), and complete the steps listed on the Get Started Checklist.
Metropolitan College tuition benefits are limited to undergraduate level coursework at the University of Louisville and Jefferson Community and Technical College.
Metropolitan College (MC) does not cover graduate-level coursework as part of its tuition benefit. The program is designed to support undergraduate students pursuing associate or bachelor’s degrees.
However, students who continue their education at the graduate level may still be eligible to use UPS’s Earn and Learn program, which offers tuition assistance for graduate studies. We encourage students to explore this benefit through UPS HR or their Student Success Counselor. Additionally, students should contact their graduate department on campus to inquire about graduate assistantships, which may offer tuition benefits and stipends in exchange for teaching, research, or administrative support. By combining these resources, students can continue their education with financial support and valuable professional experience.
Yes, UPS leadership are encouraged to reach out with questions, concerns, or feedback about the Metropolitan College program.
