MC's Cleared for Landing: Meet an MC Counselor On-Site at UPS
Your MC counselors are gearing up and flying out (of their offices) to meet you on-site at UPS.
Having officially launched during the 2024-2025 academic year, Metro-Midnights provides MC current, returning, and prospective students a chance to meet with MC personnel once a month on-site to gather information, win prizes, and ask questions. Whether looking to find out how to get started, what your MyMC page alert means, how to access the CCU High Five benefits, or just wanting to meet your MC counseling team, Metro-Midnights is here to provide the resources you need to succeed.
Who?
Metro-Midnights is open to all, whether you are a current, returning, or prospective student. We welcome you to stop by our table(s) to learn all about what being a Metropolitan College student means.
You will find both MC Counselors & Staff and UPS management ready to chat and answer any questions you may have. Periodically, you may also find representatives from UPS RFL program, Commonwealth Credit Union, Career Pathway partners, and more.
What?
Gather any and all information you need to know regarding the Metropolitan College program and any affiliated partners/programs. Although each evening that we are on site will be tailored to a specific promotional event, such as providing graduation tassels or sharing resources on how to sign up for courses, you will have the ability to freely request information and ask questions about anything that may be on your mind in relation to MC.
When?
For the Fall 2025 semester, you can expect to find MC counselors and staff on-site on Sept. 25th, Oct. 23rd, Nov. 13th, and Dec. 4th. MC stations, on average, are up & running up to 2 hours before the scheduled shift start time.
Where?
Each month where exactly you will be able to find MC tables set up may vary. Most commonly you may find us at the Career Take Off-Center, Freight, and/or Edgewood. Watch for updates sent from your counselor during the week of the event to find out where we plan to be located.
