"...United Parcel Service Inc., Louisville’s largest employer, has a robust tuition assistance program here split across a few major areas.
Its marquee program is Metropolitan College. Founded in 1998, more than 6,200 students have earned over 9,200 degrees and certifications through the program, which is a public-private partnership between UPS, Louisville Metro Government and the commonwealth of Kentucky.
Since its inception, Metro College has paid $113.8 million in tuition."
